To find jobs, enter the Main Building and tap the “Find Jobs/Auction” button.
On the Global Map, tap the tie icon, select the number of employees you want to assign, then click Contract Job.
Red Job Icons indicate jobs you cannot join. This may happen if you do not own the required business in your Enterprise, if the job time is nearly over, or if the required upgrade is missing.
Silver Jobs require Security Upgrade (2) and Gold Jobs require Software Upgrade (3).
Every business offers access to three job tiers, each requiring a different number of 
contract items per employee. The more contracts you invest, the higher your potential rewards — but only top performers on the leaderboard earn multiplier bonuses once the job is completed.
• Standard Jobs require 1 contract item per employee and offer potential multipliers of 4×, 3×, or 2×.
• Competitive Jobs require 2 contracts items per employee, with possible multipliers of 8× or 5×.
• High-Stakes Jobs require 3 contracts items per employee and offer a single, top-tier multiplier of 15× or 6×.
Tip: Only the top performers on each job earn these multipliers, so choosing the right tier — and bringing enough employees — is key to maximizing profits.
