Job Contractors are optional boosts that can be activated during an active job to increase earnings or speed up job progress. Contractor options apply only to the current job.

Contract Crew adds a fixed number of temporary employees to your workforce for the current job.

Speed Surge increases the progress added by each click. This helps you complete the job bar faster, but you must still use clicks to gain progress.

Earnings Share claims 25% of all player profits currently earned in this job. Cost is based on the total employees assigned by every Enterprise.

Full Workforce doubles your current employees for the current job. The cost scales based on the number of employees you currently have assigned.

Contractor costs are based on the job tier: Bronze, Silver, or Gold.

Job Contractors close during the final minute of a job and cannot be activated after that point.

💡 Tip: Use Job Contractors strategically. Before activating a contractor, compare the contract cost against your current profit, remaining job time, leaderboard position, and possible multiplier reward. Contractors are strongest when they help you secure a higher leaderboard rank or increase a profit amount that is already worth doubling. Avoid spending contracts if the boost will not meaningfully improve your final payout.
