JOB PROFITS & MULTIPLIERS

Your final payout depends on your leaderboard position when the job ends. Higher-stake jobs require more Contracts per employee but unlock greater multiplier rewards.
Note: Only top-ranking players receive multiplier bonuses.

JOBS & EMPLOYEES

Each employee adds a full share of profit to the contracted job.
 More employees mean higher earnings — for example,
1 employee earns ×1, while 10 employees earn ×10.

Note: New employees can’t be added to jobs already in progress.

JOB CONTRACTORS

During an active job, contractor options can increase earnings or speed up job progress.

You can choose one option from each row. Selecting one locks the other option in that row.
