JOB PROFITS & MULTIPLIERS

Your final payout depends on your leaderboard position when the job ends. Higher-stake jobs require more Contracts per employee but unlock greater multiplier rewards.
Note: Only top-ranking players receive multiplier bonuses.

JOBS & EMPLOYEES

Each employee adds a full share of profit to the contracted job.
 More employees mean higher earnings — for example,
1 employee earns ×1, while 10 employees earn ×10.

Note: New employees can’t be added to jobs already in progress.

EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT

Employees are deployed to countries for work.
 While active in a country, they can contract jobs there. To move them elsewhere, withdraw first, then redeploy — each redeployment costs new Contracts per employee.

RED JOB icons indicate jobs you cannot join — either you don’t own the required business, or the job’s time is nearly over.
